Shipping policy
Items ship via USPS at no cost to you!
Processing times take 1-2 weeks.
Digital good will be promply emailed to you after purchase via FileFlare. Please reach out through the "Support/custom request" link at the top of the website homepage if this file does no make it to you, and we will send it directly.
Sometimes packages get lost, and that is okay! We track all of our packages, and understand how frustrating it can be for something to get lost! We will refund your full order if a packages shipping has froze (not updated by the courier) for two weeks, or been listed as lost.
If you no longer desire a product and wish to send it back, please reach out first. If shipping was paid by the shopper, the shop will refund the the original shipping costs if returned.
If the Shop has paid the shipping, the shopper is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Shoppers are responsible for new shipping costs if an orders shipping address was incorrect and the item returns to us. This only applies if you still wish to keep your order.
