REFUNDS
Refunds will be provided for physical items that arrive damaged. You will be asked to provide photo evidence before the refund is completed.
Sometimes packages get lost, and that is okay! We track our packages, and understand how frustrating it can be for something to get lost! We will refund your full order if a packages shipping has froze for two weeks, or been listed as lost.
If you no longer desire a product and wish to send it back, please reach out first. If shipping was paid by the shopper, the shop will refund the shipping costs if returned.
Refunds will be sent the day of inquiry. Please check your bank guidelings for the processing times of refunds, as we can not control how quickly it will process back into your account. If any issues arise (return is not issued within two weeks), Please call your bank or check your account before reaching back out to us for a resolution.
RETURNS
Please reach out at Toshieninz@gmail.com before sending back any items. Shoppers are responsible for the cost of any return shipping, so please email us the tracking so we can monitor the return and be ready for the arrival. The full product cost will be refunded once the item has made it back to us.

What is not eligible for return?
- PDF Patterns, as the product can not be given back once recieved.
- Items that have been soiled (stains, dirty, ect..) or damaged by the shopper.
- Old products (if purchased & used for two weeks or more, or purchased before our re-brand).
- Products that are not ours.

- Items that do not fit correctly
- Items purchased but do not meet your expectation (fit, texture, color)
