Support/Custom Request

A few things to keep in mind if making a custom request:

  1. We do not accept requests that involve another companies copyright or trademark. This means no characters from shows, pre-existing toys, or artwork that is not your own. Examples of this would be Pokemon, Spongebob, Labubu, & any other protected work. It is not legal to sell such products in most cases, and anyone doing so is doing it at their own risk. 
  2. If you want to order an item that is not a customized version of an item we already sell, or is made with a pattern we did not create, we will not know the full price of the custom before completion. We can only provide an estimate based on supplies and the time it may take. This will not be the full price. More luxury materials will cost more.
  3. Each custom requires a non-refundable partial payment before it will be made. This is to limit any loss of income on time spent, as slow fashion takes a lot of work and time, and is often very limiting for profit. We tend to charge a rate of $19 an hour, plus any fees and supply costs.
  4. There is no set time for how long items will take to be crafted. It is good to keep in mind that the smaller it is, the faster it can be done, but we will always get started ASAP!
  5. As of right now, we can only offer shipping for the U.S, unless the shopper is choosing to pay.
